—and if you’ve ever wanted to break up with anxiety but didn’t know where to start, you’re in the right place.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor/Certified in Functional Nutrition, with a deep-rooted commitment to helping others heal. My work blends psychology, lived insight, and advocacy for accessible, meaningful mental wellness. With anxious minds (including my own), I created Dear Anxiety, It’s Not Me, It’s You to be the course I wish existed when I was stuck in overthinking loops and panic spirals.

I’ve worked across clinical, community, and individual settings—and one pattern remains consistent: anxiety often presents as a dominant internal voice, creating distress and disrupting daily functioning. In this course, you’ll learn how to recognize those patterns, regulate your nervous system, and begin reestablishing a sense of internal control, clarity, and resilience.
